Elsa CASELLI

Born in 1976, Elsa Caselli lives and paints between Monaco and Nice. She decided to dedicate herself to painting when she discovered Modigliani's masterpieces. Visiting different museums helps her to find inspiration. After studying for two years in England at the Chelsea College of Art and Design, three years at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and in Genoa and Florence, she obtained diplomas and certificates which enabled her to gain recognition in the art worldwide.

The artist draws her imagination from nature and places around the world, developing her passion for chromatic expressiveness. Her numerous exhibitions began in 1995 with the Italian Consulate in Nice and then continued in other places on the Côte d'Azur - Saint Paul de Vence, Beaulieu, Monaco, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat - and in Italy. Elsa is also the author of a short story entitled 'The Story of a Dream' available on Amazon in several languages (Italian, French and English) and soon in Japanese and Chinese.
