The ribbon artist, Geneviève M Portal is an international artist born in Nice. She lived in the USA, Canada, Japan before returning to France. She exhibited with the sculptor César, and in many galleries in Florida, Montana, New Mexico, London, Montreal, Tokyo, Nagoya, Nagano, Atami, Kyoto. More recently in France in Juan-les-Pins, Beaulieu sur Mer and Antibes.
