Born in 1966, Tauno Kangro is a sculptor from Estonia, who graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts (sculpture department in 1993). Member of the Estonian Artists’ Association since 1994, Tauno has participated in more than 70 individual exhibitions all over the world, additionally in several joint exhibitions. His works can be found in many private collections.
 
To the question “what motivates you?” Tauno replies “I am motivated if I can create something that has bigger value than my current presence in this world.”
